The staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait time was minimal. The environment was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The process to sign in to the lab was efficient. The staff traded off with each other to get better results in getting into one of my "difficult" veins. After one try, another staff member attempted the puncture The third staff member got into the vein and collected the specimens. The staff were friendly to each other and did a good job communicating with each other. The service they provided to me was excellent. I will got to this lab again.
