Staff shows complete disregard for patient's legal rights, ignores medical history, improperly diagnoses condition dispite providing 15+ year history of clear medical records and proven treatment. Withholds medication critical for stabilization and does not administer theraputic levels of other necessary mediation. Denies access to family members and provides mixed information on patient status to family members and patient's attorney. When finally able to get patient transferred to a proper facility, staff will not provide access into facility but rather throws bags of patient's belongings out the door and pushes patient out into the parking lot. The employees of this facility are NOT concerned about their patient's best interest and demonstrate no level of compassion for those in our society that need it most. Please think twice about sending your loved one here, then don't do it! This facility needs to be shut down.
