I have lived at these apartments more than 2 years. I have always felt safe. The apartment was clean when I moved in, they have a maintenance pager and ANY time I need maintenance, I am always helped in an efficient time frame, and the job is done thoroughly. The management has always been friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond what is required of them. Every morning, some one is out cleaning the grounds, and making sure everything is in good standing order. I have zero complaints. The pool is great, there is a safe and spacious area for kids to run around outside, the fitness room is sufficient, the computers run great, and it is located next door to the YMCA! I have made friends here, and people are relatively quiet, nice and considerate! If any one is ever out of hand, management resolves the issue professionally, and quickly. The central heating and air system is extremely efficient, and there is always plenty of hot water! My apartment has everything I wanted in an apartment

As I was touring the Shasta Courtyards, I noticed a swimming pool, which was extremely clean, and a beautifully safe, well built nice sized play area for kids! Apartments, from the outside (I didn't have enough time to look inside an apartment, next time!) were looking nice, clean and everything looked well kept, I didn't see cracks, holes, or anything left unpainted! Management is doing an exceptional job on keeping up with maintaining these apartments as much as I can tell. If I could pick up an apartment in Yreak, Shasta Courtyards is my first pick! I have three children who are very young and I feel I would be safe, and my children would be safe here. there are also covered, lighted parking areas for every resident, sounds great, and looks great, every one looking for housing needs to check it out!
