      My local store asked identification when I wanted to buy a lighter. I thought the clerk was asking because she seen Visa card in my hand. When I stated I do not need ID it is my debit card and I know my pin number. Ahe said oh no for the lighter, iI asked if she was kidding and stated my gosh I am fifty four! She stated Rite Aid policy no matter how old. I asked to speak with manager and her response was I can give you 800 # to call. I again asked if I could speak to manager and her reply was...we don't do that sorry. How ridiculous! I usage to prove I am over 18 years old...at 54? And can't speak ti manager? Refuse to shop there now. Kids don't buy lighters....they take their parents or friends!
