WARNING WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM..THEY SEND WRONG OR BROKEN PARTS AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. WE BOUGHT A MOTOR IN NOVEMBER THE BLOCK WAS CRACKED WE SEND THEM ALL THE INFO AND PICTURES THE SAID WE SWITCHED MOTORS. AFTER 2 MONTHS THE OWNER TOLD US TO BRING IT BACK AND HE WOULD GIVE US ANOTHER MOTOR. AFTER DRIVING 4 HOURS AND SETTING THEIR FOR 5 HOURS THEY UNLOADED OUR MOTOR AND THEY TOLD US THE COULD NOT FIND THE OTHER MOTOR. ASK FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID THERE WILL NEVER BE A REFUND. SO WE ARE OUT $3000 AND CAN'T GET ANOTHER MOTOR.

I will never send customers to this place nor call them for business ever again!! Place is terrible! Horrible customer service skills behind the counter!

after spending about an hour on the half between the original hood that was advertised on line to demanding to speak with the manager they were one of the most inept I've seen. the clerk told me "it will cost you 100 dollars to mail that hood to upstate New York" I'm the next state over from Ohio, I had fenders shipped from South Carolina that were no where near that price, than she said if you want to arrange shipping so I did 27 dollars plus a 6 dollar pick up fee. one and a half hours later I get a call back, we don't have the hood" I've never found a retail company that has ever asked me to arrange their shipping. I struggled to give them a 1 rating in the mean time I'm now out the shipping charges I would not recommend shopping for parts there

i called just asking for a part for my car. acura tl, 2005 and the navigation box quite working. so i called and asked for it, and the guy who worked there has another acura that doesn't have a navigation and he was so rude like talking me and then hanged up. all i called for is a part so i don't drive a whole hour.
