My fiance was supposed to see Dr. Boniface but they had him see dr. Johnson instead he had xrays of his shoulder then went in for a follow up to miss work for nothing because the Dr. did not get his xrays from salem hospital so my fiance went and picked them up and dropped them off they were supposed to look at them and call him to set up a appointment but that was 2 months ago. We have left over a dozen messages without a phone call back. He cannot be referred to someone else because the insurance wont pay for it. He is in extreme pain and i've never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. He is in so much pain that he can barely get through a day of work and is left with zero quality of life when he gets home because something is seriously wrong with his shoulder. No sleep either. How can they get away with doing this to a patient?

I highly respect both Dr. Ray and Dr. Tom Bonifiace. I have several family members that had excellent results with their surgeries, which prompted me to see them. When I consulted, I really appreciated the fact that surgery was NOT recommended but rather conservative types of treatment. Too many surgeons always recommend surgery because that's where they make the most money, but that is not the case with Drs. Boniface. They only recommend it when it is necessary, which is something I expect as a patient.
