It is a comfortable environment. Dr. Firdaus very caringly takes his time to explain everything that needs to be explained about having a procedure. Him and Mary make you feel extremely confident. Mary is always there to answer any questions that you have day or night. After surgery, they check on you and make you feel like you actually mean something.
