Here at Warrior’s Retreat we offer more of a west coast style yoga experience in an amazing atmosphere with superb instructors where men and women alike can practice yoga. It’s place where you can truly transform with yoga without giving up your vigorous, strength building workout. It doesn’t stop there- we also offer Restorative yoga and a wide array of massage modalities to bring relaxation into the mix to bring balance to each individual.
