I took my computer to Tech Plus because it had so many viruses I couldn't even use it anymore. They removed all the viruses and put a virus protection on it for a very reasonable price. 2 weeks later I was having problems again and I called the office and Terry was very helpful and asked me to bring the computer in. Tyler downloaded all my pictures, reloaded Microsoft office and wiped out my entire computer to same as factory new at no charge for all my troubles.I was very pleased with there service. I am so glad I found Techplus P C services in Yorktown, Va. I had a virus on my old laptop computer. Naturally I took it to the big box store. That was a big mistake. I was quoted a large price to fix it. It was my old computer and I am glad I waited. After discovering Techplus p c services in Yorktown I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. The wonderful technician looked at my computer and gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. I was so happy with the work they did and the timely manner in which it was repaired. I was so satisfied with the work that I also let them set up my new computer and transfer all the programs from my old computer. Now my old lap-top is like new. I called TechPlus PC Services to when I got a virus on my computer and my computer freeze up. Their technician removed all viruses and installed TrendMicro virus protection. Customer service was excellent and timely. Services were reasonably priced. Great Job TechPlus!!
