We are the only MMA School on the Peninsula of Hampton Roads Virginia. We teach Muay-Thai, Sombo, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and NHB fighting as well as self defense and classes for children. We have a combined total of 30 years experience and a number of championships and a Jr. Olympic Gold Medal.
