Staff very friendly,professional, and courteous. All questions answered in a similar manner. Work was completed in a quick, efficient manner. After dealing with sometimes abrasive auto service personnel for last 40 years, I found this service department to be very different, in a most positive way.;

There is no service department around that comes close to Curry Honda in Yorktown. Every advisor is knowledgable and makes you feel as if your car is the most important to them. They offer advise without pushing to run up the bill. They have maintained my car since the day I bought it there (7 years ago!) and they still treat it with kid-gloves like its brand new. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Franco Iamiceli and Iris Byremo of Curry Honda are true professionals. I have purchased 5 Hondas since 2008 from Curry Honda. My level of satisfaction with the entire car buying experience is excellent. They made sure that I was getting the car of my choice at the price that I wanted. Also, their attention to my family was amazing. We are now a permanent part of the Curry Honda family. Franco is very pleasant. Iris is extremely detailed. Together, they made sure that I understood every option and feature that came with my car purchase. No pressure. They provided me with the VIP service that I esxpect to receive. Outside of Curry Honda, I have never been this satisfied. I recommend that anyone looking for a New/Used Honda call Franco Iamiceli. This is truly a five star dealership with an excellent team behind it!!!!

Curry Honda of Yorktown provides the best service. They are always friendly and also accomodating. I have been to another Honda before for service and it was a horrible experience. I really enjoy going to the Curry Honda in Yorktown. Would rate them 10 stars~!!!

I never enjoyed buying a car as much as I did this time with Curry Honda in Yorktown Heights! This was the first time I went to Curry Honda, and I hope it will not be the last. What helped was knowing when I walked into the door that they were giving me the best price of the other dealers I had checked with. But the salesman I dealt with, Bill Fahringer, really made the experience great. He stuck to the facts and did not make me feel as though I was being taken advantage of (I have felt that way in other dealerships). In fact he made me feel quite special; returning my calls quickly, introducing me to the service manager, pointing out all the details when I picked up the car, etc.. I was really impressed with the attention to detail that Bill gave me and he made me feel I was making the right decision. I love my new car and I really enjoyed buying it. My only concern is that I am not sure I got the best price on my trade in. That was the only uncomfortable part.

Bill Fahringer is an excellent sales person. He knows how to make a customer feel at ease. The General Sales Manager also does a great job. Overall, it was a very satisfying buying experience.

I thought George did a great job. He was not pushy and was very patient. I had a great experience at Curry Honda and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a car!

Rude and low class salesmen. They do not know the meaning of customer service. They tried to pressure me into buying a car the same day even after I explained I was just shopping around. As soon as the dealer found out I did not have my trade in with me and I was not going to purchase anything that day he got a big attitude. He said "That's all fine and good but some people work on straight commission" at which point I grabbed my purse, jumped up and said "I won't waste any more of your time then!" The manager comes running over and it went from bad to worse. I couldn't understand a word he was saying but I guess it was just more nonsense. Unbelievable!
