I have had this Bank doing my money handling for over 20 years now. I have never had even ONE problem with them in that time! They are a VERY good Bank as they are more personable than any other I have been with in my lifetime. I believe the reason is because they are a smaller, more direct face to face type of institution, a "Family" bank if you will. You know them and they know you. You can go right to the "Records" department and discuss the transactions you have made and they will even help you sort out your check book if you are as bad at tallying as I am...Find another bank that will do THAT ! There has only been one other Bank I have found that is a "Family Tied" as this one and that would be Watertown Bank of Watertown, NY. Yes, Bank of York will always be my "Home Town Bank". My Friend Joe D. refered them and I went straight away to them for all my Household and Business Banking.
