York County Food Bank collects food from various sources and redistributes it to other agencies which are in need. Located in York, Pa., the organization accepts donation of nonperishable food items, such as canned vegetables/fruits, canned/boxed meals, pasta, rice, low-sugar cereals, peanut butter, canned/dried beans. It also takes cranberry sauce, cake/stuffing mixes, canned meats, potatoes, fruit juices and baby foods. York County Food Bank caters to churches, nonprofit groups, senior centers, schools and community centers.
