And if they can't fix it over the phone, they're on the way to the house fix it..... and that was a Friday at 9pm! YOU WILL NEVER GET SERVICE LIKE THIS AT A BIG BOX STORE. What the showroom lacks in fancyness and size, they make up for in knowledgeable staff, friendly service, and a loyalty to their customers that you cannot find anymore. Romberger's Appliance is truly a hidden jewel in York county. It's worth the trip to the little shop, and the trip back in time to experience what your parents and grandparents called customer service.

No pretty showroom here, but don't let that put you off. Out of the way location, on a residential street. You'll see what they mean when they call themselves the low overhead dealer. They offer great discounts, and they service everything they sell. The owner is so knowledgeable and trustworthy I told him the features I wanted and let him pick the appliances.
