Two months before my wedding, I took the fabric cut off from my dress during alterations to the New Hub to have a tie made for my groom. When I went back to get the tie, the store had closed early, so I had to make another trip later. This time I gave my ticket to an employee, and she went looking and looking and looking. No tie. The store owner decided that the tie had not been made. Both the employee and I searched for my fabric in the unorganized chaos of the back rooms; however, I never saw the fabric again. The worst part was the owner's indifferent attitude. He was more upset that he didn't get to alter my dress than that he has lost the material. Although the employee cared, the owner did not. He even got mad when I suggested that the disorganization in the back rooms was unprofessional.
