We hired this company because we saw another project they completed in the neighborhood and it was beautiful. We wanted a paver patio outside our sliding glass basement door and under our deck. Estimate and design was provided in a decent time. Start date for project was given. We decided though the expense was too much for us to spend so we asked for a smaller patio. Well with doing this we lost our start date and it was pushed back three weeks. The install finally started and it looked good at first. The worker suggested a change in the design and we told him they are the experts and to do what they thought would look right. Towards the end of completion they asked if it looked ok. My mistake was not getting a closer look and not wanting to hurt anyone's feelings. The color scheme was wrong. I told the worker and he said he just gets what they order. I let them continue though. Long story short the patio pavers are not aligned evenly in one area. The color is wrong from the original design. Other pavers are completely different in size and shape from the rest of the project. As I told the company it looks like the end of the project was rushed. There is also two areas where water collects in the patio. We are being told as long as the water goes away within 24hours it's ok. Snap edging was exposed as well. Rocks that were dug up were racked into our yard. The biggest shocker to us was the yard they damaged to complete the project. (Their skid loader) we agreed they would come out in the spring to fix it. Patio was installed in late fall. When it came time to fix the yard we were told it was at our expense. We were told that fixing the damage should have been negotiated in the original contract. Who would think we would have to pay for it? They later offered to fix it in good faith. However when they came out they ran out of soil. As I look over all the projects they have posted on their website and social media they are all incredible. They are also very large projects. To us it seems like there is no care because it was a small patio. Very disappointing.
