Amazing group of doctors and staff.

I have a 9 month old rottie and the vet daurght was so mean to him she always had something mean to say about him Everytime he would walk in.. I have enough of it so I changed vets and they wanted to know why I changed vets they were really mean when I called in to change his vet.. I will never go back I never seen someone so negative about a big breed of dog when your a vet...

I have taken my animals--dogs and cats-to Hill St for almost 20 years. I trust the vets and staff there more than I trust people doctors. They are skilled and caring people, and I value knowing that help is just a phone call away. Most recently Dr Hahn saved my 13 year old corgi's life when I had given up hope. And Dr. Valles enabled our diabetic cat to maintain a high quality of life for several years.

we didnt have a vet in our new town and my dog became pregnant and I needed to have her checked. The female vet that they have was so kind and walked me through it all. She was supportive and honest. no surprises and it didnt break my bank. I will take all my animals there and all our 8 puppies. They are down to earth, and realistic. I am very happy with the service they provide. give them a chance, I think that you will agree.

Pretty friendly at first and over the phone. The male vet has no bedside manner. Ended up breaking a sedation shot while trying to inject my dog. He was to be neutered. Also, they said that they were busy and had me stay with my dog twenty minutes until he fell asleep. Not saying i minded but to me that seemed odd and unprofessional. They had me sit there with a limp dog in the waiting room while other dogs were jumping and barking all around. Then when I came to pick my dog up, they couldn't out the e-collar on my dog t-bear so they had me do it out in the waiting room. I had my three year old daughter with me because I had no one to watch her, and they did not tell me how the collar worked, they did not help me hold him to get it on while juggling keeping my daughter calm- let alone the collar was a really cheap. Its not the ones with Velcro or snaps it goes together like a burger king crown and is very difficult if you have a dog with anxiety. They knew all of ths. I could not believe that no one tried to help me. They just sat at their desks. They did not say goodbye or thank you as I left or even look at me. Very rude on all levels. I went here because my vet wanted to charge 3times as much as hill st and I simoly could not afford that having just moved and this procedure was a requirement to get him into the apartment. So disappointed.

took my dog in for a spay. they called me to pick her up around 4. that nite she sneezed and her incision opened and her entire guts came out, i took her to the emergency hospital, they said they didnot find any stitches in her.they put her stomach back in and wrapped her up till i can get her back to hill st. I called hill st to tell them i had an emergency and they told me i couldnt bring her in till 9am...this was at 6am..dr Haun stitched her up. they refused to reimberse me for having to take her to the emerency hospital. if i would have left my dog at home that night by herself she would have died cuz apparently they never stitched her, they just glued her incision.. so if you really love your animal...then you dont want to take her there.

Brought my dog onto get spay and set up a date. She went into heat a day before so i called them and they said they could still do the operation however it would cost more, so i rescheduled. When i called to see about pickup time they were very rude and short. there was a snow storm coming and they were only worried about getting home. Very POOR suture job! Would NOT recommend!!!!

I went to this vet hoping that they would cure my pets ear problems. They originally did surgery to correct the ear, and I brought him in almost every day for a week to make sure that it was healing properly. They didn't do anything about the underlying condition that caused him to scratch the ear in the first place. They have never offered to clean out his ears. Now the condition has recurred, and they seem to be angry with me for not bringing him in sooner!The technician in the room with him, was unfriendly and wouldn't answer my questions when I asked about whether or not they bathe pets. I had dogs jumping up on me in the waiting room. I came here with the best of intentions, but now I am definitely finding another vet!
