There's no competition for wireless ISPs in Southern YORK county so,these guys treat their customers like jerks.Double Dog is more concerned with adding more customers than actually providing decent Internet service. It NEVER gets above a speed grade of F nat'l.We rarely see speeds over 2 Mbps average.The outages are frequent and last anywhere from a minimum of 1 hour on up and they never report scheduled maintenance or downtime to their customers or on their website.We have cellular data and contact their maintenance team when service is down and its OFTEN.When they contact you back, it's with a apathetic attitude and usually try to blame you for the problem.Your outages must become frequent for them to actually send one of their techs out on a service call.When a tech does come to your house,they just swap radios with you and leave. BTW,the radio they just gave you, was taken down from another person that also had connection issues. Do yourself a favor and get something else.
Internet for people in the boonies. We live where there is no high speed available. And was lucky to find these guys! We now have fast internet for lower cost than cable satalite and verizon. And its just as fast maby faster. The poeple in the office are super nice and very helpfull. Once you use this company youll never look for another provider again. We even go online with xbox gaming and have never lagged!!!!! I think they are awesome and would recomend them 100 times over!!!
