do not recommend using bens rv to store your camper. we called the day before we were to pick it up,got a call next day on Saturday morning and said we couldn't pick it up because there were shoemack trees growing up through the tounge of our trailer!we told them that we need the camper so we will cut it out ourselves. when we got there,it was completely growed up in weeds and shoemack trees. there was wood stored on top of the camper also.when we got it out the tires were low on air and they told us that they don't turn their air compressors on Saturdays .when we parked the camper there we wanted them to replace the tires and roof vent ,they replaced the tires put one on backwards, and told us they had to order vent .when we picked it up the blue tarp we had storded it with was gone and the vent was never replaced. we got it home opened it up and the side canvas where the roof vent leaked is now ruined. we called them Monday moring to explain to them what happened and they were rude to us and told us that they will do nothing,even though our paper work said it would be stored in a safe location! have pictures going to try to load them. p.s. doesn't deserve any stars but had to put one down to finish review!

Purchased a new camper from Ben's RV today. Drove two hours to York PA from Annapolis Md to do the deal. I past many other RV dealers to get there. One of the dealers that sells the same exact camper is only 20 minutes from me. Corey in sales and Nicole in finance were great. They had all the paperwork done and ready for my wife & my signatures when we got there. Corey worked out the price and payments on my first call and emailed me a very neat & detailed estimate within and hour. A local dealer was trying to beat it but couldn't. I purchased an extended warranty and tire insurance with the savings. The technician, Shane (I think?) was great. He showed us the features and how to operate items on the camper. They are top notch people and an asset to Ben's RV. Note: Nicole came in on her day off and Shane stayed late to help us. -I Recommend doing business with them.-
