Would not recommend Louis Agrusa, he came to my home to give an estimate for cabinet repair and while there agreed to "touch up" some scratches on my wenge dining table. The table had a mat finish. Mr. Agrusa fixed the scratches and without asking consent, proceeded to resurface the table with a gloss finish. Although I had not request that finish, I paid him for his work. When we used the table white spots and marks appeared on the surface and could not be removed. When this was discussed with Mr. Agrusa he refused to return to correct the problem, informed me the table required a new finish and offered to give me a reduced fee to fix it if he was hired to fix my cabinets, otherwise the fee would be $2,000.00. He was disagreeable and uncooperative. Mr. Agrusa is not a fair or reputable businessman.
