Lincoln High School, located in Yonkers, N.Y., is operated by Yonkers Public Schools. The school provides educational services to more than 1,700 students in grades 9 through 12. It conducts classes in English, math, science, history and social science. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as drama, vocal music, fine arts, and health and physical education. Lincoln High School provides special education to gifted and talented students. The school also offers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program. It conducts Spanish and Italian language classes. In addition, the school offers vocational and technical education in business, finance, market research and robotic operations. It supports various sports activities that include softball and football. The school provides food, transportation, guidance counseling and health care. Lincoln High School also operates a parent-teacher-student association that conducts several fundraising activities, such as carnivals, book fairs, food drives and holiday parties.
