I would never return to this establishment. After reading the reviews I thought it was the perfect place to take my son (3/17/09.) First we were told we could only play for half hour (no reason given.) It was repeated so many times that I felt this woman just wanted us to leave. Well, I promised my 5 year old bowling and we were going to bowl. Let me add after waiting on line all 3 women disappeared to the back and left me standing there. About 5 minutes later one of the women returned. Looked at me for a few seconds then turned around. Then looked at me again and finally asked if I was being helped. Additionally, although I made it clear I was clueless how to even set up to begin playing no one offered to help us. It was the kids next to us who set us up after they saw I was having a problem. After playing one game of ten frames I told my son it was time to go. Well, he throws another bowl starting a new game. You would think I would be charged for 11 frames as in other establishments. Nope. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FULL TEN FRAMES. I paid for borders and they weren't put up until we were already in our 8th frame and this was after I went back to the counter. No apologies. No nothing. What lane are you at? Okay. Just go back. (DISMISSIVE AND HOW DARE I BOTHER THEM!) I was dying to get out of there, but now my son is screaming for a soda. Begrudingly I go to the concession stand and we wait, wait, wait. Well, no one ever came to serve us or at a minimum tell us they were closed. Why? Because they were too busy chatting up a storm at the end of the counter. Staff being friendly? Well, those people must have quit or been fired. Friendly and nice they were not. Dismissive and rude is more like it. I actually emailed them regarding how I was over charged (charged for two whole games/20 frames!) I paid for borders that weren't put up until the 8th frame. There response? Nothing. Enough said and I will continue posting my experience on every site that I find regarding this place. Bottom line is from my observation if you are not a part of this place little inner circle click you will be treated as my family and I were. It's absolutely disheartening this place has yet to respond to my email. Do not believe any of the other reviews. They are old or the person obviously must be part of the click.
