i am in the midst of starting my first bathroom remodel and have made more trips to various stores than i care to mention....none has matched the attention to detail and service that i have received to date at david allen bath shop...prices are reasonable and competitive.and allen explains everything to the last detail as he gives the advice one might need. there is nothing like a mom and pop store approach to making customers happy and satisfied...something the bigger chain stores sorely lack......once i recuperate from this first remodel i am returning for the second bathroom i intend to have renovated.

I highly recommend david allen for service and dependability. I contacted allen 5 years after a purchase and installation. He remembered me and the job. He addressed my problem in a timely fashion. We have been dealing with this company for years. We are doing a difficult bathroom remodel job, and Alan has been extremely helpful to us. He has given great advice at picking fixtures, and helped with some tricky plumbing needs. His prices are as low as we could find. He spent a lot of time helping us match tub hardware in the finish we needed, even though we were limited by a side waste drain required to avoid a structural beam. You can't beat their experience, service, and fees!

We had a terrific experience. Alan was completely honest, reliable and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My word of advice is to shop around at fancier showrooms and then order by David Alan.
I have been shopping at David Allen Bath Shop for approximately 30 years and have redone 5 bathrooms with his products. I have always found that their service is very attentive, the products are of high quality and their prices are very reasonable. You may pay a little more here than at Home Depot, but you don't get the service and quality that you do form David Allen's. Allen is always very pleasant to work with and I trust his advice without question. He always stand by his products. Recently, a faucet that I purchased 6 years ago developed a small leak and I took it back to the store. Allen was very gracious and immediately went about testing the faucet for water tightness and replacing some of the parts. I would never go to another bath shop. I recommend them without question.
