What a pleasure to deal with a company that is so professional!!! Their technician arrived on time, identified the problem and repaired it quickly. He even gave me free advice to avoid a future repair. We will definitely recommend The Appliance Doctor to anyone who needs a quality service company.

As far as telephone customer service, their ability to send a technician out right away, the promptness of the technician's visit within the time frame given, and the knowledge, friendliness and efficiency of the technician himself - all were top notch. They had the part in stock, the job was done quickly, and it was done right. They are a bit pricey (the total to repair an ignitor on my oven came to $242 which includes charges for the service call, labor, parts and tax), but they do offer coupons on their website to help defray the cost. I would recommend them with the caveat that you compare other repair services prices first - if they are comparable, then definitely go with these guys.
