The food is good, but they rarely have something as simple as 8 thighs, regular, or 12 piece all thighs and legs. And you better check your order before driving off. In my expericence, they get it right about 1 out of 4 times.
I have twice gone thru the drive thru, and ordered 3 piece meals, got home and was charged for e piece meals but was given two piece meals. In addition to that I have ordered corn on the cob, told what my total was and when I get to the window to pay they have sold my corn to another customer in the store. Once the food is ordered and is part of an order it should not be sold to someone else. VERY poor business practices.
