Fabulous almond croissants - BEST ever!!

Stopped by on Oct. 3rd. Just a limited amount of baked breads on display, but they are just getting started. The light rye and the Focaccia bread are outstanding!! Crusty outside and moist chewy on the inside. Just the way it is supposed to be. The Focaccia has a nice topping of just the right amount of herb seasonings! On the pricey side, but as usual, "you get what you pay for". There was a long list of other items like pastries, but none available today. I hope they do well and get busy enough to carry staples and even pies/cakes. Waiting on some more permits to be able to sell coffee and have the use of a restroom. Mother and daughter team, live local and seem very nice. Granddaughter, daughter and I got a tour of the "work area" and it is spotless. There is a parking lot in back. Beautiful ,minimalist, dcor. I know this is a "boutique" type bakery with artisanal breads, but I'd love to see some simple rolls, crumb & sticky buns, coffee/tea, NYC/Bos papers on Sundays.
