I had lunch at the Caf. It was in the middle of the lunch rush. I had a short wait, the staff hustled to clear tables and get people seated. I had the brisket melt which was tender, lean and delicious. I look forward to my next visit. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Had breakfast here 8/24/13. The service is very disorganized, but this is only the first week the cafe is open. We had to wait a while for the staff to clear and wipe the table - no one seemed to know who was supposed to do it. Busboy and one server stood around a lot even though there were tables that needed to be cleared and people waiting to be seated. The Greek omelette was good, but the pancakes were thick and rubbery and the scrambled eggs were overcooked. Toast was in need of some jam or jelly. I asked twice for a refill of my decaf coffee and was told both times that a pot was brewing, but I never got a refill. When I got up to pay the check, I saw a full pot. We will give this place another try in a month and hopefully they will have smoothed out the rough edges.
