We look forward to being your care provider for generations to come. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Generations OB/GYN History Generations OB/GYN is the association of two long-standing, well-respected obstetric and gynecologic practices in Yakima. Dr. Roger Rowles opened his practice as a solo physician in Yakima in 1979. In 1984, Dr. Kevin Harrington finished his medical training at UCLA and joined the practice of his father, the late Dr. John Harrington, one of the founding fathers of OB/GYN in Yakima. Drs.Rowles and Harrington soon realized that they shared similar philosophies about the practice of medicine, focusing on attentive, compassionate and skillful care. Throughout the subsequent 25 years, they continued to work closely together, sharing many patients, sharing call responsibilities, and sharing an ongoing commitment to improving the quality of obstetric and gynecologic care in the Yakima Valley. The result was a very deep, strong and trusting professional relationship. In 2006, Dr. Anna Dufault finished her training at the University of Arizona and joined the practice of Dr. Rowles, bringing a similar philosophy of patient care, innovative ideas, and new surgical skills. In 2010, Drs. Rowles, Harrington and Dufault realized their goal of forming one large practice, with the mission of providing the best and most comprehensive health care to women in the Yakima Valley in all stages of their lives, from adolescence to senior maturity.
