      We are an artisan food truck specializing in fresh cured and smoked deli meat. All of our meat is cured and smoked fresh on site with only natural ingredients. We do not use nitrates or preservatives in our cures or rubs . Our bread is from Buhrmaster Bakery in Selah, Washington. We also offer a gluten free loaf from Jenney Mae's in Yakima, Washington.
