Dr. Kinney is a distinguished graduate of Washington State University (BS), and University of Washington College of Dentistry (DDS,1980); where he also served his residency. He has been an outstanding member of the Yakima Community for over 30 years through his services and devotion as Examiner/Board member/President to the Washington State Board of Dental Examiners,the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission,Western Regional Examining Board, and Board of the American Association of Dental Examiners. Dr. Kinney is an active member of the Yakima Prosthodontic Society, the Yakima Dental Society, the American College of Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He also serves as a Consultant to the Commission on Dental Accreditation to the American Dental Association, and elected member to the House of Delegates to the Washington State Dental Association,
