Ihave a 2011 Tundra that I purchased in Arizona and I brought it to your dealership on Saturday, 7-2-11, to have the 10,000 mile service on my truck. The oil was changed but as far as I know the tires were not rotated. My compliant is about the vehicle wash afterwards. It looked like someone picked up a cloth out of the sand and wiped the dash with it as it was dirtier than before I brought it in. I understand that the wash and wipe down is complimentary, and I was not expecting one, but if someone is going to do a job then do it the correct way. also the windshield washer fluid, power steering and radiator coolant were not toped off as was supossed to have been done. I am in Yakima working on a building project and I will take my truck to someone other than your dealership for my next service.
