willyd21, 05/13/2015 They don't show up when scheduled and make up excuses when contacted. Was sent a bill for a service that never happened. Two times they were supposed to arrive to do bug treatment and never showed up or called to say why? Third time technician showed up without the paper contract I was supposed to sign and could not do the job. He told me that he would return with the contract and do the job the next day between 1:00PM and 3:00PM--never showed up. After several attempts to get my first treatment and being told they could not come till a week later, I finally gave up on them and will be contracting with another pest control company. Stay away from this company or you will be sorry--office people have lied to me and technicians don't show up--it's as simple as that.
