Metro Health is well known for its outstanding restorative care services, whether it's inpatient rehabilitation at the hospital or outpatient therapy at one of our many neighborhood locations. A number of services are now housed together on the third floor of Metro Health Hospital in the Steve & Cindy Van Andel Center for Restorative Care. Joint replacement, inpatient rehabilitation, stroke and spine care, and physical therapy are among the many services patients can access here. When medical problems limit a person's ability to physically perform daily tasks, there is no better place for treatment in West Michigan than the Steve & Cindy Van Andel Center for Restorative Care. As restorers, our focus is on encouraging each patient in every way possible to regain their former levels of ability by taking a team approach, using the newest techniques and tools. We work daily with patients alongside their caregivers. The coordinated result is something wonderful for our patients and the people who care for them: restored dreams, restored function, restored smiles and the restored joy of independence.
