      Just once wanted things to go smoothly. Drew assured me it would. First thing, you need a new floor under old tub. Was told there would be no additional charges. Of course they could not continue without the money for that.. Drew told me he would throw in a grab bar by the toilet. No deal - had to go out and buy one. Was told one day - took two. Don't make promises you can't' keep.
