I would like to follow up upon a review I wrote. After I had posted my review entitled, "Dishonest," I received a visit from Cary and Monique. They apologized and scheduled a date for my family room carpet to be fully finished. I appreciated that they took the initiative to make things right. Thank you. My carpet was cleaned and the Kirby did do a great job.

Dishonest. Two days ago, I received a call that I had won a drawing and the carpet in one room of my home would be cleaned for free. Today, Zach and Monique from D.C. & CO came to my home to SELL me a Kirby Vacuum. I thought I had simply won a carpet cleaning from a local business but that was not the truth. I felt very taken advantaged of, and after two hours and even putting me on the phone with the manager, Cary, I finally said no again. That's final, no. And then they said, "Okay, we'll finish and leave." They did not however finish. They did half of my family room and left. I'm so disappointed. This is not honest. This is not respectful. This is not integral work.
