I love Costco and have been a member for years. However, the customer service in the pharmacy is poor. Being in the health care field for over 14 years I believe it takes a certain level of understanding and empathy to work with people one on one, day to day. The last few times I have been there I have noticed a certain way someone else or myself was treated that left me with a bad feeling. I of course started using Costco to save money on prescriptions when my husband and I didn't have medical insurance for a short time. As I left there last night after being treated horrible for not standing in the appropriate spot to wait to be called (mind you there was only myself and another lady there) I decided I would transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I will gladly pay a couple extra dollars to go somewhere else. How you are treated makes all the difference.

I would really like to be able to order cakes either by phone or online. This would be a huge help to it's customers.

A large warehouse membership required store, very similiar to Sam's Club. However the membership is more costly, around $50 for non business customers, and more for business customers ($100.00).They sometimes have great gas deals, when you purchase it at their stations. You can also save 3% on your fuel purchases, which is about 12 cents a gallon at a $4.00/gal. rate.If you have the space you can purchase in bulk quantities and save lots of money.
