  Dr. Roat is Board Certified and Fellowship Trained. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and is on the teaching staff at Wills Eye Hospital where he trains Ophthalmology residents. Dr. Roat has published widely in his specialty, including both medical textbooks and journals.
