Deplorable customer service. We had the system installed almost 4 years ago. Filters were changed yearly with them, and all was fine. This year my husband wanted to change himself, so asked if we can purchase filters from them. I arrived to buy the filters to find that one of the main ones was not available. No problem. He said to come in next week. Almost a DOZEN of messages for the next 3 weeks with his secretary and employees, to check if filters arrived. They would take the message, say no problem, and never get back to us. We wound up replacing with several different types of filters, but water was still horrible. So we wound up getting it tested, and looks like the system itself was no longer functioning. We left MORE messages, and emailed, saying please to come look at your filtration, as it's been a month of no clean water. And NOTHING! I have never dealt with anything close to this. He does not care about loyal customers nor his own reputation.

I highly recommend Superior Water Conditioning. They do great work at at a very fair price
