The David F. Bolger Post-Acute Care Unit (PACU) on Christian Health’s campus in Bergen County, NJ, provides short-term rehabilitation for people recovering from an illness, injury, or surgery. Within the compassionate, caring environment for which Christian Health is known, patients receiving Bolger Short-term Rehab benefit from the skills and knowledge of a full-time, on-site Interdisciplinary Care (IDC) Team. Individualized rehabilitation plans are created by the Rehabilitation Services staff in collaboration with other professionals on your IDC Team. Most rehabilitation plans include a personalized combination of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and, when appropriate, speech therapy.
