Neocare Home Care is a full-service home health care company that provides services to patients throughout Michigan. Its staff includes registered nurses, medical social workers and therapists. The center provides skilled nursing, home health aide, housekeeping, nutrition counseling and case management services. Neocare Home Care also offers rehabilitative services that include physical, speech and occupational therapies. In addition, the center provides assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
