Wright City High School provides learning opportunities for students in grades 9 through 12. It administers classes in a variety of subjects, including math, science, social studies and communication arts. The school offers opportunities for students to participate in several sports activities, such as cheerleading, softball, volleyball, cross-country, football, basketball, golf, baseball, and track and field. Wright City High School conducts physical and special education programs. It also provides the English as a Second Language (ESL) program. In addition, the school operates a library that houses a range of books, reference materials and online databases. Wright City High School is governed by the Wright City R-II School District, which also operates elementary and middle schools.
