I was terrified to have my wisdom tooth out. I was also searching for a Dr. on the internet and was reading many mixed reviews...... I decided on Dr. Shen after speaking to the staff there. Not only was it not half as bad as i thought but the price was very reasonable and Dr. Shen and his staff were incredibly friendly. I would reccommend Dr . Shen to anyone in need of having their wisdom teeth out! For what I had done, it was actually a very pleasant experience!

I had an abcessed tooth that had to be pulled. The earliest appointment I could find anywhere else was two weeks from the day. I called Dr. Shen's office and they immediately showed much more concern for my condition than any of the other ten or so offices I had called. Dr. Shen's office made an appointment with me for THAT DAY in the afternoon. I was ecstatic! They then called me back and moved me up to the morning time because they were concerned about my symptoms. I went into the office and the staff was very compassionate and professional. An hour later, I left the office minus one tooth but feeling very good about it. Dr. Shen was very pleasant and pain free. I have a phobia of the dentist so I was very skiddish but Dr. Shen was gentle and understanding. I was so impressed with their service. They also called me the next business day which was a Monday to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.
