  Mr. Darling has been engaged in an insurance defense practice since 1982, and has been a member of Fuller, Rosenberg, Palmer & Beliveau since 1991. His practice includes consultation and trial of construction site accidents, premises liability, automobile torts, business litigation, insurance coverage, unfair settlement practices, consumer protection, landlord tenant and toxic tort cased including lead, mold and asbestos claims. His practice also includes defense of legal malpractice cases, title insurance claims, workers compensation claims, dram shop liability and medical malpractice.

  Mr. Welsh is a partner in the firm and an accomplished trial lawyer, bringing more than 25 years of litigation and trial experience to the firm. He regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth and has handled dozens of jury and bench trials in the State Superior and District courts, as well as in the Federal courts, throughout the Commonwealth. He has arbitrated and mediated countless cases to successful conclusions.   Cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over 25 years. He presently concentrates in insurance law and insurance defense litigation in state and federal courts of the Commonwealth, and his practice areas include business law, contract disputes, construction-related matters, including construction defects claims, complex property damage cases, bond claims, business divorces, bank/creditor claims and rights, collection actions, consumer protection actions/ bad faith litigation, mold and toxic tort cases, administrative appeals and condominium disputes. Mr. Rumson has extensive trial experience throughout Massachusetts District and Superior Courts, has successfully argued several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and has also served as both a mediator and arbitrator of civil matters.

As the principal of Modern Law, PLLC, Ms. Cox practices in the areas of insurance defense, coverage issues, employment law, personal injury claims, business litigation, premises liability, and unfair settlement practices. Her practice also includes dram shop liability, and medical malpractice.
