Founded in 1968, the Small Business Service Bureau is a national firm that markets insurance products and financial services to small businesses. SBSB members are self-employed, in partnerships, family businesses, home-based businesses and owners involved in every kind of business or trade. Because of their small size, SBSB members share a need for products and services custom-designed for them at costs they can afford. SBSB meets this need with a variety of group programs and discounts for members only. Small Business Service Bureau maintains its headquarters in downtown Worcester, Mass., and has more than 50,000 members.
