MOST disgusting facility i have ever seen. Day one i knew it was going to be bad when the nurse entered the room saw three of us and continued to ask who the patient was. They let my mother 2 weeks without showering before notifying us she hadn't been.They kept her cooped up in her room and refused her needs when she asked. Patients were left in the hallways daily to sit in their own feces. The place is a mess and we did everything we could to get my mother out of their. NOT to mention they messed up her meds which was the only reason why she was their and now has lost a month of treatment and now have to start over. If i could give them no stars i would! we have filed other complaints too but if you love your family member your sending don't bring them their... It was out of my control at the time but i did everything i could to fix it! the patients rooms showers are covered in plywood. so the whole floor has to share one but the nurse says they can only do it once a week.!

Crappy place, staff could care less. They like to hit patients and scratch them.

one of my parents were went here for a short time.. definately the wrong place to send elders. be aware of where your family members go. ask questions. this place has bad inpecitons from the state check it out. on line. If you really want good care in a clean place this is not the place. its disgusting

DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS...STAFF RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. QUESTION ON HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD CORI CHECKS

i left st vincents and was sent to worcester rehabilitaion.. I left hospital and was currently on pain medications for spinal problem. i was dropped by ambulance. my room was cluttere with a live in patients belongs with my bed in the corner. i went to use the bathroom and there were flys in the toilet. the residents clothing were in the shower , in the bathroom . i was arrived at dinner time at night. no dinner, no medicairons that were due at six pm. they said they had no pain meds, bloodpressure , muscle relaxers. i was in ten pain and i was given a tylenol with a small cup that tasted like cigarettes when we drank it. the poor woman beside me dressed herself in three sweatshirts and went to bed with half her body on the bed. no one came in the room foir six hours. the maile nurse lpn had trouble communicating and had horrible people skill. raised his voice at me. hw shouldnt be working with people period..the faciliy shoulod be closed. i am taking this further. stay away from here
