Sandra Katz President of Quality Property Management Services, has been managing residential properties in the Greater Worcester community since 1983. She currently supervises approximately 300 rental units for landlord-owners who need a local, experienced, hands-on property manager. Sandra is also the President of Worcester Property Owner’s Association, an organization dedicated to helping landlords. Rental Agents/Property Managers Elaine Baskin Condominium Manager, has been with QPM Services for the past 5 years and is experienced in handling mid sized condonminium properties from 10 – 30 units.
