Had about 15 Different Acura TSX's I was looking at online. Submitted a request via Cars.com and was immediately greeted a response by Matt Gledhill. Set up a time to come in and worked with Matt and Steven Ka through the whole process. Steve was easy to sit down and negotiate with (even though it went on for a couple of days before coming to an agreement). He was very honest and fair through the whole process and provided me with constant and quick responses to all of my questions. Though I may not be the easiest buyer they worked with, they and Gallo were a very easy dealer to purchase from. Would give my business and recommend again.

I never write a survey about a car purchase experience until I've driven the car for a while and I've used the sometimes "dreaded" service department. Well, I must say that I'm utterly satisfied with Gallo Mazda's sales AND service departments and would recommend them to anyone! The salesperson, Fred "K" went out of his way to show all the features of the 2010 CX-9 that I purchased and was a pleasure to deal with. I was happy with the price and even the sales manager, Chris Caputo, was very accomodating when it came to explaining the value of my trade during negotiations. I have since been to the service department twice and both times I've been treated with respect and I've been in and out fairly quickly. Kerry and Mark in service have been courtious and professional times. Gallo Mazda definitely gets the thumbs-up from this customer!

Almost bought a Highlander, but at the last second decided to give the CX-9 a quick look. I was completely impressed by the Mazda and felt like it was a far greater value than the Toyota, dollar for dollar. However, what really sold me was the courteous and professional treatment I received from Gallo. The Toyota dealer was a fairly typical, pushy, uncomfortable sales environment - which I accepted because it was I have always expected when purchasing a new vehicle. The Gallo dealership was an easy going and calm environment. I never felt pressured and was treated with respect. Steve Ka was extremely helpful and easy to work with (as was the sales manager, Chris Caputo. If you are looking for a straightforward, no b.s. car buying experience, I would highly recommend Gallo in Worcester.

I can only comment on my buying experience. It was excellent. Have purchased many new cars over the years and this was the most informative and least stressful of them all. First experience buying a car on the Internet. Steve Ka and Ramon Tomzer were GREAT. I highly recommend doing busy with these two gentlemen.

The most horrible experience ever with Gallo Volvo Service Department. Their service department employees are very bad, rude, and outrageous ever. I will never recommend anyone to go to Gallo Volvo for service. My husband has brought a Volvo s80 and he wanted me to buy a volvo too, but I will never buy a car from them, because of the service department. I believe the Owner of Gallo Volvo needs to get involve, and start firing some of his outrageous, back talking, impolite employees at the service department and maybe his business will pickup... Word of advice people, Its not only the car you are buying but, It is the service too.. You should look at the service department and how they treat their customers, because you will be dealing with them in the long run. Make sure the service department is honest and loyal to their customers NOT like Gallo Volvo... BIG LIERS.. GET A SECOND QUOTE before you trust Gallo Volvo service employees.

Service is extremely poor. They don't do what they say they will and wait until the warrantly expires to truly diagnose and charge you for it. I purchased my new Volvo in NH and drive there for service now. It is truly a night and day experience. It is very far out of my way but I would NEVER deal with Gallo again.
