I totally disagree. I have worked for the State for 35 years and just recently was told by my dentist from Plantation Street U.D. that I needed the 4 teeth under an 18 year old bridge needed to be removed and I needed 4 implants due to an infection. When I asked for an antibiotic the dentist looked at me as if I was both crazy and seemed a bit annoyed that I would even ask for such a thing. I have gotten two cleanings a year but my dentist had not seen me in about three to ck this bridge as I know they get a lesser reimbursement through the state than a private pay would although they grabbed us all 20 years ago when they needed our business. What most people are not aware of is that most dental insurance will cover crown replacements and bridge replacements every 7 years. Of course my dentist would never tell me this as a crown and bridge are mostly a prelude to an implant which goes for about $4000 a tooth between the prep work and the shaft and the crown. He saved the day with

Lousy dentist with a nice personality...He's a wheeler dealer.....Definitely needs to go back to school and be retrained and take the state board exam again....He rarely washes his hands...but he wears rubber gloves to protect himself from your germs...I thought it should be the other way around....He should protect we the patients...After all, we are the ones with open wounds that bleed and are at risk for many diseases that are passed from patient to patient by unclean practices.To be honest, I never met a good dentist..Could it be that they all went to the same rotten school?...
