Purchased a car from this guy for my kid - lemon! Blown head gasket.
My car that I that I came in and left for check up, was damaged. Good parts were replaced with failed. Never been screwed like this in my life. Ray Holton is extremely unpleasant and rude person. Be ready to hear "get a (.....) out!"
Here's the 2nd opinion of a mechanic whom I had to bring this lemon car after I purchased it from this garage:
"They just did what was necessary to pass inspection and now it's going to need work." And yes 30 days passed by, too late for lemon.
Never again!

Was 7 stars when Scot Volvo master tech was the only mechanic, till new mechanic Dan was added to staff, he Dan does not care if it is fixed correctly as long as he gets your hours/ dollars in his pay check at the end of the week come back next week and the week after that and again he will still fix it again and again/ costing you more of your hard earned dollers. Ray the owner is honnest,but Dan ? Ask for Scot ONLY!! and you will get what you need fixed at a very reasonable price, and he will fix what you need for a quality repair, with quality parts.This is nothing personal about Dan. It is still one if not the best Volvo repair shop in central Ma. Expert body repairs by Ray I speak from experience of Eay and Scot.
