A wide range of services are provided to Lenders by the firm, including full representation in commercial and residential transactions, including: SBA, FHA, VA and MHFA, title reporting and document recording, collections, workout and foreclosure services.

  Our firm was originally founded in 1985 and focused primarily on representing commercial clients and lenders. During the 1990s, the firm experienced considerable growth and maintained offices in Worcester, Fitchburg and Westborough. While continuing its concentration on representing commercial clients and lenders, our range of client services grew to include considerable emphasis on estate planning and probate matters, as well as litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosures, property disputes, business formations, general business representations, workouts, zoning and permitting. A title company was also formed which became Equity Title & Abstract, Inc. With technological advances, our firm consolidated its branches and presently maintains a central location in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts.
